Dear Readers,

I’m back! Finally… I can’t tell you how much of whirlwind the start of Year 10 has been; I have been on the literal go non-stop. I guess I didn’t really anticipate that it would be that much of a step up from Year 9, so sorry for not posting for what seems like FOREVER! I can promise you that if I’d previously had the time, I would’ve sat down and written my next blog post!

So, as the title suggests, I am going to be showing you two of my snaps of the sunset we had here a couple of nights back! The colours were so vivid, so my aim was to try and capture the amazing colours against the darkening nights sky. The nights are well and truly drawing in here in the UK, one minute it’s light and the next minute you can barely see outside… 😢 I feel like we’re starting to say goodbye to Summer!

Firstly, I must say that unfortunately at the time of taking these photos, I couldn’t find my camera, so I had to use my smartphone. Therefore, the photos aren’t as crisp as I’d necessarily wanted, but I think overall they turned out pretty well!

Drum-roll please.....

Sunset Snap 1

Whoa! Doesn’t the sunset look absolutely incredible! The sky is so many different colours, and personally I think the sky is so beautiful… I could literally go on about the colours here for DAYS, but I’ll save you by not droning on too much. I also love how I managed to capture the intricate shadows of the trees. All in all this is my favourite shot.

Another drum-roll please!

Sunset Snap 2

Personally, I don’t think this snap is as good as the previous one, however, I do still think it truly shows the amazing colours of that night’s sunset. Looking at it for a second time, I am quite pleased really as my smartphone took that… What?!?! It’s crazy how good phone cameras are these days.

So that’s all the sunset photos over and done with! I did take a load more, but most were blurry and unfocussed, so I didn’t want to show you guys them as it is a bit of a waste of your time… 😂

We were so lucky with this sunset, it truly is one to remember, have you ever had a sunset like this where you live? Which is your favourite photo? Do you prefer sunsets or sunrises? (I don’t think I could even answer that question… both are beautiful in different ways!)

Oh, one more thing, what do you think of the new design of the blog? I know this is Autumn’s Angle’s 3rd re-design, but I really want to make it perfect & representative of me! It might change again in the future, but this is it for now!

Lots of love,

Autumn x

(P.S: I’m so sorry for the random posting schedule, but I’m afraid this is the way it’s got to be; unfortunately schoolwork takes priority!)

Hi! I'm Autumn, an avid reader, animal lover and keen photographer that wants to travel the world! I’m probably not your average teen, I’m not a firm believer in makeup and I don’t own any social media accounts. I love stationary and all things paperchase, as well as baking yummy little treats! I've wanted to have my own blog for years, so Autumn’s Angle is a dream come true! I hope you follow Autumn’s Angle and enjoy scrolling through my blog. 😊 Lots of love, Autumn x

  1. Ohhh my gosh, so pretty!! 😀 ❤ I absolutely love the sky, haha.
Hey, would you be okay with me using one of these to represent you in my post tomorrow? (i.e. I'd put 'Autumn's Answers' across it lol) I'd give you full credit, as well. If you'd rather me not, that's fine, too!
